Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods

  • Violating rules set forth in membership groups

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Disputes Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the company.

Digital Project Files

Digital project files are digital downloads. You will not be receiving a physical product. Be sure to read what files are included in the download before downloading. Additional file types will not be provided. Digital project files are non-refundable.

Digital Business Guides

Digital Business Guides are digital downloadable products. These products work best if you download, print, and invest the time working through the worksheet. If you’re not satisfied with the Digital Business Guide you purchased, please email us for a full refund.

Desktop CNC Inner Circle

Desktop CNC Inner Circle is a private membership community of Desktop CNC owners that run a business (or want to). Desktop CNC Inner Circle is hosted on an invite-only, private Discord server. Access is gained through Patreon, once you sign up for Desktop CNC Inner Circle Tier. After initial sign-up, you will automatically be added to the Discord server. Our Discord server will serve as the hub for the group.

The Desktop CNC Inner Circle membership is a recurring monthly subscription for access to a group of self-proclaimed CNC business owners. Since this membership is not a physical product, we are unable to offer refunds if you have had access to joining the group. Additionally, there are no pro-rated refunds for partial months of membership after a request for cancellation. When you cancel your membership you will be automatically removed from the group and will lose access.

​Members of the Desktop CNC Inner Circle are responsible for handling themselves in a positive, uplifting manner. If any member of the Desktop CNC Inner Circle (at the sole discretion of Andy Bird) behaves in a manner that is rude, disrespectful, or otherwise undesirable, their membership will be canceled immediately without refund. Additional group rules can be found within the group. Use of the group implies consent to the rules listed here, as well as in the group.

Distribution Of Content

Distribution of ANY content, free or purchased from Andy Bird Builds is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the service.
